SKELAR is hiring a Creative Marketing Manager

SKELAR is hiring a Creative Marketing Manager for Brighterly, an online math and reading school for children in the US. In this middle to senior role, you will own the creative strategy for one subject, driving growth through high-performing creatives and managing key performance metrics.

What You'll Do

• Be responsible for results and strategy for one subject, managing key metrics, creative testing volume, new format exploration, and CAC.
• Coordinate the team's work for your subject, determining what to test, in what quantity, and for which audiences.
• Improve existing processes for finding effective formats and creative messages or build new ones.
• Research user needs to understand how our product meets them and translate insights into creatives.
• Analyze competitors and market trends, implementing best practices in our advertising materials.
• Set tasks for the designer to create advertising creatives.
• Analyze campaign results, formulate hypotheses, and propose data-driven improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience in creative marketing.
• Proven experience creating high-performing advertising creatives for paid social or performance channels.
• Deep understanding of advertising platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok and their creative requirements.
• Strong grasp of creative testing methodologies and the ability to scale winning assets.

Team & Environment

The marketing team has grown from 3 to 10 people. You will lead one of the subjects.
