NBCUniversal is looking for a Creative Coordinator to support a dynamic team and the deployment of digital creative and social media for Universal films. You will have two core responsibilities: overseeing the creative asset management process for multiple films and fulfilling administrative duties for the digital team.
What You'll Do
- Self-reliantly and efficiently prioritize tasks.
- Establish relationships with internal Dub room and external vendors to request and deliver materials on demand to accurate specs.
- Manage YouTube uploads of various video content across multiple titles.
- Foster relationships with the media agency and maintain the media tracker.
- Maintain group assets on Dropbox, Frame.io, and the Google Workspace.
- Independently handle day-to-day asset requests from internal and external sources.
- Work with vendors and the legal team to ensure all contracts and NDAs are correctly executed.
- Create and traffic specialty creative requests, including event invites, press mailers, e-blasts, and image requests for Google, YouTube, Apple, etc.
- Participate proactively in creative executions, including social media assets and banner campaigns.
- Support the teams for trailer launches and at events.
- Handle light administrative tasks for the VP, Digital Marketing, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting notes.
- Create marketing decks as required.
- Traffic invoices and track budgets.
- Maintain and manage the URL database, including DNS management.
- Set up social accounts across multiple platforms for upcoming titles.
- Coordinate vendor photography and asset pulls.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in the entertainment industry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft-based software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Google suite.
- Solid computer, writing, and technical skills, including familiarity with social media, digital video content, and Keynote/PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
- Digital Marketing experience.
- Able to work well under pressure and remain calm and collected in stressful situations.
- Familiarity with video post-production and file formats.
- Experience with Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, and other photo/video editing tools.
- Experience with Airtable.
