Brussels Airport is hiring a Customer Care Agent to join our Passenger Aviation department. In this role, you will provide optimal service by being the voice of our passengers, handling inquiries across multiple channels, and contributing to projects that strengthen the passenger experience. What You'll Do
- Provide optimal service by handling customer questions, comments, and complaints in a friendly and proactive manner via social media, email, and phone.
- Work from the heart of the airport, maintaining interdepartmental contacts to stay informed of the most recent operational information.
- Act as the voice of passengers: consolidate customer feedback into reports and communicate it regularly to the Welcome Center Coordinator, Welcome Center Manager, and other involved departments.
- Proactively contribute ideas for optimizing B2C communication and projects to strengthen the Passenger Experience.
- Be operationally deployable within various services and functions of the Welcome Center and Passenger Services.
- Report to the Welcome Center Coordinator.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- First experience in customer service or a contact center.
- Strong interest in social media and webcare.
- Ability to formulate messages clearly and concisely, with a pronounced customer-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of airport operations and topography, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with airport codes, policies, and procedures (info handbook, SAPs, manuals, etc.), or willingness to delve into them.
- User knowledge of common and specific software applications.
- Fluent Dutch, French, and English, both oral and written.
- Diplomacy, tact, and excellent communication skills.
- Patience and high stress resistance.
Nice to Have
- A degree in Communication or Business Administration is a plus.
- Additional languages are an asset.

You will be part of the Passenger Aviation department, within the Welcome Center and Passenger Services team, reporting to the Welcome Center Coordinator.
