Coopers iET AG is looking for a Customer Care Consultant (Service Desk Agent) to join a dedicated team supporting a client company in Bern, a subsidiary of a renowned telecommunications provider. You will serve as the primary contact for business customer employees, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Ensure high telephone availability to meet service level agreements.
- Act as the first point of contact for business customer employees regarding IT disruptions and service requests.
- Correctly record, analyze, and triage incoming issues and inquiries.
- Process all orders flawlessly according to defined standards, processes, and ITIL best practices.
- Handle a wide range of IT areas, including Workplace OS, password management, O365 cloud services, Exchange communication, Citrix platforms, network infrastructure, printers, SharePoint, and Intranet.
- Perform further specific tasks within the scope of our various mandates.
What We're Looking For
- Affinity for IT and enjoyment in solving technical challenges.
- Place of residence in the Bern region or surrounding area.
- Experience with and enjoyment of telephone customer contact.
- Good foundational IT and PC skills.
- Strong technical interest and understanding.
- High flexibility and ability to seamlessly switch between topics.
- Quick comprehension and ability to make decisions, including under pressure.
- Very high reliability and punctuality.
- Linguistic flexibility and flawless expression.
- Curiosity and constant willingness to learn new things.
- Fluent language skills: German at native speaker level and French.
