Brussels Airport is looking for a Customer Care Agent to join the Passenger Aviation team. In this role, you will be the voice of our passengers, proactively handling their questions, remarks, and complaints across multiple channels to optimize the customer experience and strengthen our connection with travelers.
What You'll Do
- Provide optimal customer service by proactively handling questions, remarks, and complaints via social media, email, and phone.
- Work at the heart of the airport environment.
- Maintain interdepartmental contacts to stay informed of the latest operational information.
- Consolidate customer feedback into reports.
- Communicate customer feedback regularly to the Welcome Center Coordinator, Welcome Center Manager, and other relevant departments.
- Proactively contribute to the optimization of B2C communication.
- Proactively contribute to projects aimed at strengthening Passenger Experience.
- Be operational within different services and functions of the Welcome Center and Passenger Services.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Initial experience in customer service or a contact center.
- Marked interest in social media and webcare.
- Ability to formulate clear and concise messages.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Knowledge of airport operations and topography, or willingness to learn it quickly.
- Familiarity with airport codes, policies, and procedures, or willingness to be trained.
- Mastery of common and specific IT tools.
- Fluent command of Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
- Diplomacy, tact, and excellent communication skills.
- Patience and high stress resistance.
Nice to Have
- An orientation in Communication or Business Administration.
- Any additional language.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Passenger Aviation team, operational within the Welcome Center and Passenger Services, and report to the Welcome Center Coordinator.
