Transat AT is looking for a Call Center Agent to be the voice of our airline, directly engaging with customers and travel agents. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and promoting our travel products.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls from customers and travel agents regarding reservations, flight changes, and other inquiries.
- Promote products such as seat selection, baggage, special services, and travel insurance.
- Help customers navigate company websites and online tools.
- Provide exceptional service characterized by attentiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written). A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment.
- Comfort working with various computer tools and systems.
- A demonstrated record of excellence in customer service.
- For day shift: A stable schedule of 37.5 hours/week, with 7-day availability and potential shifts between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.
- For night shift: Availability required between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m., 7 days a week.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is considered an asset.
- Experience in the travel industry is an asset.

This role operates on a hybrid work model, based at our Montreal office located at 300 Léo‑Pariseau.
