20four7VA is looking for a Business Development & Administrative Support Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with business development activities. This entry to mid-level role focuses on lead generation, outreach coordination, and administrative organization to help improve client business efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential leads matching the company’s ideal client profile.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms using approved messaging templates.
- Engage prospects in initial conversations and qualify interest before handing off to the sales team.
- Assist with cold outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team when prospects express interest.
- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective clients through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Maintain professional communication with leads and provide relevant information.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and business partners.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for next steps.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and communication data.
- Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and engagement progress.
- Organize and maintain lead lists, prospect databases, and sales trackers.
- Ensure message history and client interactions are properly logged.
- Assist with calendar scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Organize sales documentation and maintain clear communication records.
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and internal records.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth sales and outreach operations.
- Provide daily or regular updates on completed outreach, scheduled meetings, and lead engagement.
- Track progress of outreach campaigns and report results.
- Flag issues, system gaps, or process improvements when identified.
