20four7VA is looking for a part-time Real Estate Sales & Outreach Virtual Assistant to manage outbound cold outreach efforts. You will focus on initiating relationships with property owners, landowners, and contractors through cold calling and email follow-ups to nurture potential opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners, landowners, and contractors using a sales dialer system.
- Introduce services confidently, identify potential interest, and overcome objections professionally.
- Maintain daily call targets and activity levels.
- Draft customized follow-up emails after each call to reinforce the value proposition.
- Maintain organized records of outreach and follow-up sequences.
- Track responses and schedule follow-up calls as needed.
- Log call outcomes and notes in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Provide weekly activity summaries covering calls made, conversations, follow-ups sent, and interested leads.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of cold calling or outbound sales experience.
- Strong experience using a sales dialer.
- Excellent English communication skills (native or near-native accent required – Level A/B).
- Confident and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong email writing skills for professional follow-ups.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent outreach activity.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with property owners, contractors, or real estate prospects.

Team & Environment
