Key Responsibilities
- Carry out financial controlling activities spanning multiple business units, functions, and geographic areas.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues independently, proposing process improvements where needed.
- Ensure compliance with established financial procedures and maintain consistency in reporting practices.
- Collaborate with finance teams and local controllers to deliver accurate and timely financial outcomes.
- Assess financial performance by analyzing variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts.
- Investigate underlying trends and business drivers affecting financial outcomes.
- Develop financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the monthly close process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records.
- Evaluate profit and loss statements, identify adjustments, and recommend corrective actions.
- Compile financial data, generate reports, and communicate findings to management stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, or controlling roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data integrity and precision.
- Ability to validate and reconcile financial information efficiently.
- Experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial summaries.
