What You'll Do
Manage the acquisition, renewal, and expansion of product registrations in Portugal, aligning with business priorities and statutory deadlines. This includes securing approvals for minor uses, emergency authorizations, and label modifications.
Lead the preparation and submission of registration dossiers, verifying adherence to both European Union and national regulatory standards. Coordinate with internal specialists to address assessment questions and fulfill additional national requirements.
Ensure all products in the Portuguese portfolio comply with current regulations, overseeing accurate labeling, safety data sheets, registration records, and digital databases.
Monitor evolving regulatory developments and advise internal stakeholders on potential impacts to existing products and competitive positioning. Provide timely insights to help shape strategic decisions.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with key regulatory bodies such as DGAV, DGE, and DGS. Collaborate with European regulatory colleagues, submission teams, and external partners, and assist field personnel with regulatory guidance when required.
Requirements
Expertise in national and EU regulatory frameworks for crop protection products is essential. Proven experience in managing registration processes and interacting with regulatory authorities is required. Strong coordination skills and the ability to interpret technical and legal requirements are critical for success in this role.
