As Country Manager - UK, you will spearhead the launch and expansion of our operations in the United Kingdom, defining and executing a strategic market entry plan. You'll take full ownership of building commercial traction, from identifying high-impact opportunities to closing enterprise deals in both public and regulated private sectors.
What You'll Do
You will develop and lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy in close coordination with the global team based in Germany. Your focus will be on establishing a strong sales pipeline, securing foundational customers, and scaling commercial impact across industries such as financial services, healthcare, energy, and government.
You’ll manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial outreach and needs discovery to solution design, negotiation, and contract closure. As a key leader in the early stage of the UK rollout, you’ll also identify and onboard strategic partners, including consultancies and system integrators, to support a hybrid sales model over time.
Requirements
You bring extensive experience in senior-level B2B SaaS sales or key account leadership, ideally with a track record in launching new markets or pioneering new business segments. You have successfully built sales strategies from the ground up and scaled them through structured development phases.
A solid grasp of SaaS business models, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation in enterprise environments is essential. You are fluent in English at C2 level, with German language skills considered an advantage.
