About the Role

FP Markets is looking for a Country Manager - Thailand to lead and grow our operations in the Thai market. You will take full ownership of developing and executing strategic plans to grow our client base, revenue, and brand presence.

What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of the Thailand market, developing and executing strategic plans to grow our client base, revenue, and brand presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, affiliates, and stakeholders in Thailand.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion, including lead generation, local marketing channels, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners, ensuring an excellent client experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to drive business success.
  • Represent FP Markets in Thailand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in the FX/CFD and online trading industry.
  • 1+ years in a management or leadership role in sales, business development, or partner management.
  • Fluent in Thai with good English proficiency.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have

  • Market experience preferably in Thailand or the APAC region.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with marketing, customer support, and operations teams and report to senior management.
