Responsibilities
- Lead profit and loss performance and create a defined strategy for market expansion in Sweden.
- Develop and manage a local team alongside an agency network spanning marketing, customer relationship management, affiliate programs, and partnerships.
- Customize international brand, product, and customer acquisition approaches to align with local market conditions and user behavior.
- Foster strategic relationships with key affiliate partners, media outlets, and payment service providers to enhance growth opportunities.
- Lead major marketing initiatives and sponsorship activities to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
- Support strategic planning using key performance indicators including net gaming revenue, first-time deposits, lifetime value to customer acquisition cost ratio, retention rates, and reactivation metrics.
- Serve as the primary market representative internally, delivering actionable insights and growth opportunities to executive leadership.
