Colliers is hiring a Cost Segregation Associate to analyze construction methods as they relate to building depreciation for Federal Income Tax purposes. You'll join a culture of passionate people who take ownership and operate with a nimble, decentralized approach.
What You'll Do
- Apply organizational and analytical skills to conduct construction quantity take-offs.
- Perform analyses of a variety of property types, including retail, office, multifamily, and industrial.
- Work alongside other team members tasked with supporting cost segregation projects.
- Follow a project from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
- An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- An undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice to Have
- 2-4 years of experience in cost segregation.
- An undergraduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering.
