Allstate NI is seeking an experienced Auto Claims Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents. You'll determine coverage, liability, and damages, and adjust and negotiate claims within your authority.
What You'll Do
- Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, exercising discretion within an increased level of authority.
- Determine subrogation or fraud potential and handle appropriately.
- Partner with assigned representatives from fraud or subrogation areas on relevant claims to achieve the best outcome.
- Identify customer needs and meet them using appropriate customer service skills.
- Apply an intermediate understanding of insurance policies, the industry, and internal organizational relationships.
- Recognize vehicle body parts and understand other potential property damage.
What We're Looking For
- 2 or more years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate, adjust, and negotiate auto claims.
- Knowledge of insurance coverage, liability assessment, and claim settlement procedures.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills.

- Base compensation offered for this role varies by level: Adjuster Analyst III: $50,000.00 – $65,300.00, Adjuster Cons I: $53,500.00 – $77,800.00, Adjuster Cons II: $56,000.00 – 82,500.00, Adjuster Sr. Cons I: $68,500.00 – 104,100.00.
