Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in monitoring costs, generating financial reports, and evaluating project performance
- Create, update, and oversee project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control systems
- Compare actual spending to budgeted amounts and deliver detailed variance analysis and reporting
- Help coordinate project progress updates, including cost, timeline, and performance metrics
- Oversee project scope, expenditures, modifications, and resource distribution
- Generate financial summaries, dashboards, and project control documentation for stakeholders
- Support change management by reviewing, documenting, and tracking change requests and baseline revisions
- Detect potential cost risks and identify savings opportunities while aiding in risk reduction strategies
- Support procurement activities and track invoices to ensure correct cost recording and processing
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain accurate resource assignments and cost projections
