Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in monitoring costs, generating financial reports, and evaluating project performance
  • Create, update, and oversee project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control systems
  • Compare actual spending to budgeted amounts and deliver detailed variance analysis and reporting
  • Help coordinate project progress updates, including cost, timeline, and performance metrics
  • Oversee project scope, expenditures, modifications, and resource distribution
  • Generate financial summaries, dashboards, and project control documentation for stakeholders
  • Support change management by reviewing, documenting, and tracking change requests and baseline revisions
  • Detect potential cost risks and identify savings opportunities while aiding in risk reduction strategies
  • Support procurement activities and track invoices to ensure correct cost recording and processing
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain accurate resource assignments and cost projections
