Roundtrip is hiring a Corporate Travel Sales Manager DACH to lead sales activities, achieve targets, and expand our presence in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for signing new corporate clients, managing commercial deals, and providing insightful market analysis to fuel growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sales activities to hit targets and expand our presence in the DACH region.
- Sign up new corporate clients and provide them with extended training on our system.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new partners.
- Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals, including required document flow and technical setup.
- Manage client accounts until the first purchase is made.
- Control compliance with commercial conditions by partners, including payment flows.
- Participate in specialized events such as exhibitions.
- Provide market and competitive environment analysis.
- Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in sales management or business development for B2B companies within the travel industry.
- In-depth understanding of the DACH region's travel market, including B2B corporate clients.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Readiness for business trips (10-20% of working time designated for market visits).
- Analytical skills: data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven, and good with numbers.
- Personal skills: proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, with an appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with fast-changing business environments, and a team player.
- International mindset: ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts.
