QIMA is hiring a Corporate Travel Coordinator

Oversee the planning and coordination of business travel for employees, ensuring all trips align with company policies and budget guidelines. Handle flight, accommodation, and transportation arrangements while prioritizing traveler safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, and ground transport
  • Monitor travel advisories and adjust itineraries during disruptions
  • Ensure compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and verify travel documentation such as visas and insurance
  • Collaborate with departments to forecast travel needs and manage schedules
  • Maintain accurate records and provide travel reports upon request

Qualifications

Applicants should have prior experience in travel coordination or a related field, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in travel management systems and Microsoft Office is required. The ideal candidate is responsive under pressure and capable of managing multiple trips simultaneously.
