Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leads to assess staffing requirements and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and publish job postings across various platforms.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, resume databases, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Conduct candidate interviews using phone screenings, video calls, and in-person meetings.
- Oversee all candidate interactions from application through onboarding.
- Work with Marketing to manage internal and external recruitment messaging, ensuring a strong employer brand presence on platforms like LinkedIn and social media.
- Take part in recruitment-related events including job fairs and networking gatherings.
- Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies as needed.
- Support the improvement of recruitment practices and applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring workflows.
