About the Role

Seeking experienced and motivated Immigration Attorneys to join a growing corporate immigration practice serving clients across industries. This role supports employers of all sizes—from emerging startups to established enterprises—with comprehensive immigration solutions grounded in precision, accountability, and long-term strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end immigration matters including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM labor certifications, and employment-based green card pathways (EB-2 and EB-3)
  • Operate within a streamlined digital environment that tracks drafting progress, maintains full case history, and integrates communications, notes, and client updates
  • Collaborate efficiently across legal teams using automated workflows that reduce administrative burden and improve handoffs between attorneys, paralegals, and clients
  • Deliver consistent, high-caliber legal service aligned with strict service-level expectations and proactive client engagement
  • Adjust workload intensity based on personal goals, with pathways to scale responsibility and income over time

By Experience Level

  • Associates: Gain direct experience handling real client cases with structured mentorship and clear development milestones
  • Mid-Level Attorneys: Take ownership of client relationships and build strategic advisory skills while working directly with HR teams
  • Senior Attorneys: Exercise independent judgment, guide case strategy, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to long-term practice growth

What We Look For

Candidates must hold a J.D. and maintain active U.S. bar admission or be awaiting bar results (for entry-level roles). We value disciplined, organized professionals who meet deadlines and communicate clearly with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.

Preferred experience includes prior work as a paralegal, clinic involvement, or corporate legal support (for early-career roles); direct handling of H-1B, PERM, or intracompany transfer cases (for mid-level); and broad mastery of employment immigration law with leadership potential (for senior roles).
