What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage end-to-end immigration matters including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM labor certifications, and employment-based green card pathways (EB-2 and EB-3)
- Operate within a streamlined digital environment that tracks drafting progress, maintains full case history, and integrates communications, notes, and client updates
- Collaborate efficiently across legal teams using automated workflows that reduce administrative burden and improve handoffs between attorneys, paralegals, and clients
- Deliver consistent, high-caliber legal service aligned with strict service-level expectations and proactive client engagement
- Adjust workload intensity based on personal goals, with pathways to scale responsibility and income over time
By Experience Level
- Associates: Gain direct experience handling real client cases with structured mentorship and clear development milestones
- Mid-Level Attorneys: Take ownership of client relationships and build strategic advisory skills while working directly with HR teams
- Senior Attorneys: Exercise independent judgment, guide case strategy, mentor junior attorneys, and contribute to long-term practice growth
