Banorte is hiring a Corporate Legal Manager to provide legal counsel and structure financing for our corporate and commercial banking operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the legal integrity and proper formalization of credit transactions.
What You'll Do
- Review and provide legal opinions on documentation for the formalization and structuring of corporate and commercial banking credits.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and formalize loan contracts and their various guarantees.
- Monitor the formalization and registration of guarantees in the corresponding public registries.
- Provide legal advice to the corporate and commercial banking teams.
- Coordinate with public notaries and external legal advisors.
What We're Looking For
- Licenciatura en Derecho (Law Degree).
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in Notarial, Commercial, Financial, Fiduciary, and/or Contract law.
- Required knowledge of commercial, civil, financial, and banking law.
- No availability for travel or relocation required.
Nice to Have
- Basic English proficiency is preferred.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role based in our Santa Fe, Ciudad de México office.
