Solenis is hiring a Corporate Accounts Manager / Operational Excellence to lead and manage assigned accounts, building customer loyalty and driving revenue and profit growth. You'll be responsible for developing account strategies, ensuring effective communication, and interacting at executive levels. This role focuses on operational excellence to optimize operations for 2 corporate accounts in the Eastern United States.
What You'll Do
- Create and execute a growth strategy aligned with global marketing initiatives.
- Lead value-added sales for large, multi-location corporate accounts.
- Achieve revenue and gross profit objectives; optimize profitability through portfolio management and pricing.
- Maintain a viable pipeline with opportunities at various stages.
- Develop and communicate account plans; lead cross-divisional project teams.
- Build strong internal and external relationships, from plant to headquarters level.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and monitor competitive trends.
- Train, mentor, and guide teams on account objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science, a related field, or comparable experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales.
- 2-5 years of experience interacting with senior executive clients.
- Knowledge of the pulp and paper industry (essential).
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time.
- Proven strategic selling with a technical approach.
- Successful negotiation experience within complex matrix organizations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build client trust.
- Solid business acumen and financial understanding.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Team leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Ability to create innovative solutions to improve profitability.
