Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the core product management team by hiring, mentoring, and evaluating product managers across platform, databases, authentication, storage, functions, and realtime systems.
- Define and drive the unified product strategy for all core offerings, aligning cross-functional roadmaps and securing alignment with technical and executive leadership.
- Own high-impact decisions that affect multiple product areas, ensuring trade-offs between services like authentication, databases, and realtime are resolved effectively.
- Guide product managers in key skills including customer research, problem framing, prioritization frameworks, defining success metrics, and clear written communication.
- Serve as the primary leadership representative for core products, providing accurate, synthesized updates in executive forums and translating technical progress into actionable insights.
