Responsibilities
- Create compelling and consistent messaging tailored to the brand across multiple marketing platforms such as email, social media, web content, and paid advertising
- Adopt and maintain a unified brand voice and tone that aligns with customer experience at every stage of engagement
- Work closely with teams across departments to produce creative content that advances company goals
- Incorporate customer insights and feedback into writing to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences
- Revise and polish written content to enhance clarity, brand alignment, and coherence
- Contribute innovative ideas and experiment with diverse creative concepts during planning and ideation sessions
- Monitor developments in industry trends, cultural shifts, and competitor strategies to inform creative direction
- Balance multiple assignments and timelines efficiently while remaining collaborative and open to feedback
- Utilize emerging tools like artificial intelligence to research consumer behavior, market dynamics, and narrative opportunities to support creative development
