About the Role

Bell Canada Enterprises is hiring a Copywriter to join the Bell Mobility team. You will be responsible for developing innovative concepts and writing clear, engaging copy for CRM channels across multiple brands targeting B2C and B2B audiences. The role involves creating messaging strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting tone for different audiences and product types.

What You'll Do

  • Develop innovative concepts and write clear, concise, and engaging copy for CRM channels including emails, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and digital banners for Bell, Virgin, and Lucky Mobile.
  • Develop creative messaging strategies aligned with brand voice, marketing objectives, and customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate closely with digital designers, CRM specialists, campaign managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Adapt tone of voice and style to suit specific brand and target audience (B2C vs B2B).
  • Articulate the value proposition of technical products and service-based offerings.
  • Proofread and edit copy for grammar, spelling, clarity, and consistency.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and concept development for new CRM initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor messaging, and best practices in direct response copywriting.
  • Manage multiple writing assignments and meet tight deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in copywriting with a strong portfolio showcasing successful CRM, email marketing, or direct response copy.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English.
  • Proven ability to write in different brand voices and tailor messages to specific audiences (B2C and B2B).
  • Proven ability to use AI tools to create copy.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and how copy contributes to campaign success.
  • Ability to translate complex product features into simple, benefit-driven language.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment and managing multiple projects.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry or multi-brand marketing.
  • Adequate knowledge of French for positions in Quebec.
