Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients, project stakeholders, owners, contractors, and industry professionals.
- Create, revise, and manage critical path method (CPM) schedules using recognized industry practices and software.
- Analyze and assess schedule modifications, time extension requests, and delay-related impacts.
- Examine construction challenges, timeline effects, and root causes of project delays or interruptions.
- Evaluate and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, contractual agreements, and scheduling documents.
- Conduct project evaluations and perform on-site inspections when necessary.
- Support project reviews, including estimating remaining costs to finish work.
- Present findings, analytical results, and strategic recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in project records and final deliverables.
- Assist in developing construction delay or disruption claims where applicable.
