Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing trade marketing strategies with retail partners to boost sales and brand awareness
- Organize and manage promotional events and in-store activations at major retail locations
- Identify sampling opportunities, forecast needs, and monitor redemption rates and performance metrics
- Maintain adherence to brand standards across all trade marketing materials and customer touchpoints
- Work across departments and with external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Support the planning and implementation of in-store events and counter-level activations
- Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to maximize brand visibility in all retail locations
- Manage logistics, materials, and on-site coordination for events with retailers and third-party agencies
- Gather insights and feedback from events to refine and improve future marketing efforts
- Distribute creative assets and campaign materials for use on retailer digital platforms
- Create brand-aligned content for retailer digital channels to ensure consistent messaging
- Enhance digital brand presence on retail partner platforms through strategic collaboration
- Ensure accurate and consistent brand representation across all digital retail environments
- Evaluate marketing campaign profitability and return on investment to determine effectiveness
- Convert campaign performance data into practical strategies for future marketing initiatives
- Track and assess competitor marketing activities in the DACH, NL, PL, and CEE regions to spot trends and opportunities
- Deliver regular performance updates and strategic suggestions to Key Account Managers and the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

- Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule (Remote + 2-3 days per week in our Germany Office)
