This full-time temporary position runs from March 1, 2026, to November 13, 2026, and offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digital strategy and social impact. As a Coordinator on the texting team, you will play a key role in advancing campaigns for progressive organizations, candidates, and nonprofits dedicated to issues such as reproductive rights, racial equity, climate justice, immigration, and economic fairness.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and refine text messages for fundraising, advocacy, and voter engagement that reflect each client’s unique voice and goals
- Set up and verify text campaigns in messaging platforms, ensuring all content displays correctly and links function as intended
- Track project timelines, manage production schedules, and maintain internal reporting systems
- Extract and interpret performance data to inform campaign adjustments and client updates
- Assist in designing and rolling out A/B tests to improve message effectiveness
- Work closely with team members and clients to edit, finalize, and schedule message deployments
- Support the creation of mobile user journeys, including landing pages and donation forms
- Stay informed on current political developments and progressive priorities that shape campaign messaging
- Take part in team check-ins, client discussions, and creative planning sessions
- Complete administrative duties as needed to support smooth operations

Compensation & Benefits
