Ryder Transportation Solutions, LLC is hiring a Pre-Employment Background Screening Coordinator to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for reviewing and adjudicating candidate background reports to ensure compliance with our policies and all relevant regulations.
What You'll Do
- Review and adjudicate candidate background reports (MVRs, criminal, employment, education) for compliance with Ryder's policies and Local, State, Federal regulations.
- Provide guidance on departmental services, functions, or practices.
- Provide support to recruiting partners and the business.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Serve as the back-up to the I-9 compliance coordinator.
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team as needed.
- Prepare reports or maintain files.
- Locate, compile, or enter data into databases, files, or spreadsheets.
What We're Looking For
- H.S. diploma/GED required.
- Three (3) years or more in a related field and/or Human Resources required.

- Microsoft Office Suite Programs: Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
