Responsibilities
- Perform regular internal reviews to verify compliance with organizational standards and procedures.
- Assist the Compliance Team with administrative tasks as required.
- Offer clarification and direction on departmental processes, services, or protocols.
- Support recruitment teams and business units with screening-related activities.
- Carry out monthly evaluations to confirm alignment with company policies and guidelines.
- Generate reports and manage recordkeeping systems.
- Gather, organize, or input information into digital databases, spreadsheets, or files.
- Serve as alternate contact for I-9 compliance responsibilities when needed.
