About the Role

Prematch is seeking a Coordinator, Individualized Care to support patient access to therapy through Reimbursement Support Services. You will guide patients through their journey by managing referrals, investigating insurance benefits, and facilitating product dispense. This role mediates resolution for complex payer and pharmacy issues, providing expert customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a current and in-depth understanding of patient therapies, prior approval processes, and healthcare plan details.
  • Manage a queue of technical or complex therapy and reimbursement questions, applying judgment to resolve service problems within established limits.
  • Meet key performance indicators including service levels, call volumes, adherence, and quality standards.
  • Follow up with patients, pharmacies, physicians, and other support organizations regarding inquiries.
  • Handle sensitive personal data—including prescriptions, personal information, and financial details—with discretion.
  • Escalate highly complex and difficult issues to senior team members and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Team & Environment

You will consult with your supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems.
