Scout Motors is looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting process and ensure candidates have a seamless experience. You'll be instrumental in creating a positive candidate journey from initial application through onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the pre-hire process, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by coordinating touchpoints and addressing questions throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruitment-related activities in collaboration with hiring managers and interviewers.
- Manage calendars and ensure all parties are informed of interview logistics.
- Assist candidates with logistics such as travel and accommodations, when needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Assist in creating job postings, as needed.
- Support recruitment team and hiring leaders by aligning on recruitment priorities and process needs.
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as requested.
- Verify that each candidate’s application and required documentation are complete, accurate, and up to company standards.
- Coordinate relocation logistics and communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Assist with preparation and sending of offer letters.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a coordinator or administrator, preferably within talent acquisition or HR.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong ability to manage multiple calendars and coordinate complex schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and standard office software.
- A customer-service mindset focused on creating a positive experience for candidates and internal partners.
