Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, assured, and attentive service that supports a top-tier fresh food shopping experience.
- Greet and support customers using established service guidelines, sharing product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm.
- Supervise team activities daily, assign tasks, manage break schedules, receive and store inventory, complete routine checklists, and ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare and cook fresh items for hot and cold bars, grill areas, and display cases, maintaining consistent quality, appearance, and taste.
- Build a respectful and collaborative team environment through active coaching, training, and mentoring in daily operations and standards.
- Communicate company policies and updated business goals clearly, as directed by store leadership.
- Keep workspaces and storage areas clean, safe, and organized through regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
- Adhere to all corporate guidelines, with strong attention to Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP requirements, and correct equipment handling.
- Assist the team with various tasks as needed on an ongoing basis.
