Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, confident, and attentive service that enhances the fresh shopping experience.
- Greet and assist customers according to established service standards, sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Prepare and cook food items for hot and cold bars, grill stations, and service displays with attention to quality and presentation.
- Package, stock, rotate, and arrange products on counters and shelves while ensuring proper labeling and product freshness.
- Keep workspaces and storage areas clean, safe, and organized through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
- Adhere to company policies with emphasis on health and safety, food safety protocols, HACCP requirements, and correct equipment operation.
- Carry out assigned opening and closing procedures and assist coworkers when necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support team operations.
