Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, confident, and attentive service that enhances the fresh shopping experience.
- Greet and assist customers according to established service standards, sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Prepare and cook fresh food items for hot and cold bars, grill stations, and display cases with attention to quality and consistency.
- Package, stock, and rotate products on counters and shelves while ensuring proper presentation and signage accuracy.
- Keep workspaces and storage areas clean, safe, and organized through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
- Adhere to company policies, especially those related to health and safety, food safety, HACCP compliance, and equipment handling.
- Carry out assigned opening and closing procedures and assist coworkers when necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support team operations on a periodic basis.
