Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Conversion Analyst to drive the accurate conversion and integration of data from various third-party sources into advanced software solutions. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to ensure seamless data transformation and maintain data integrity, directly supporting clients and enhancing their software experience.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and verify the accuracy and integrity of converted data against existing solutions.
- Identify, document, and resolve issues, risks, and actions related to data conversion.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including data mappings, dictionaries, and technical specifications.
- Design and execute data conversion verification routines within an established framework, ensuring timely and precise completion.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of software modules and database structures to enhance conversion processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, trainers, and clients to guarantee successful data integration and conversion.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience with SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Knowledge of data architecture, database structures, and data modeling techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in data validation and decision making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to stay composed and productive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with GovTech Community Development Software.
