TTEC Digital is hiring a Conversational AI Bot Developer to build conversational AI solutions for our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent virtual agents.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deploy conversational AI bots tailored to specific client use cases
- Design conversational flows and user interactions for optimal customer experience
- Integrate AI bot solutions with client backend systems and data sources
- Test, monitor, and iterate on bot performance and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into technical specifications
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing and deploying production conversational AI bots
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Experience with NLP/NLU platforms and frameworks
- Understanding of API integration and backend service architecture
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines
