Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams to define and collect requirements for user-facing technologies and features.
- Convert technical and customer requirements into effective control system designs aligned with project goals.
- Create and verify control algorithms that satisfy functional, legal, safety, and ISO 26262 compliance standards.
- Build and implement test methodologies, tools, and procedures to validate the reliability and performance of control software.
- Construct system simulation models and develop hardware-in-the-loop, software-in-the-loop, and model-in-the-loop validation environments.
- Diagnose and resolve functional and diagnostic issues in vehicle systems, validating fixes and preventive strategies.
- Manage and lead control system development timelines and project execution to meet technical, quality, and scheduling targets.
