DZ PRIVATBANK is seeking a Controller to focus on HR controlling within the bank. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, preparing, and reporting on key HR figures, managing planning processes, and supporting HR-related projects.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, prepare, and report on relevant key figures in the HR area.
- Process requests from management and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
- Manage, execute, and further develop the bank's operational and strategic planning process for the HR part.
- Monitor the annual budget.
- Analyze personnel expenses and create forecasts.
- Manage and prepare the annual financial statement audit.
- Prepare regulatory reports on remuneration.
- Further develop and digitize key figure-based reporting.
- Drive internal process optimization.
- Collaborate on HR-related projects.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree in business administration or a comparable degree, potentially with a focus on auditing/controlling.
- Very good user knowledge of Excel and SAP.
- Strong analytical thinking skills, a systematic approach, and a willingness to perform.
- The ability to deliver precise and timely results even under a high workload.
- A strong team player who continuously uses their experience and personal strengths to achieve common goals.
Nice to Have
- Ideally several years of professional experience.
- Knowledge in creating dashboards.
- Experience in HR controlling.
