Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional accounting experience, including at least two years in a leadership or client-facing capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently with strong organizational oversight.
- Solid grasp of GAAP standards, financial statement preparation, and internal control frameworks.
- Hands-on experience using SAGE Intacct and QuickBooks Online for accounting operations.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and leadership experience, including guiding and developing team members.
- Strong project management background, particularly in driving financial projects and optimizing processes.
- High-level competence in Microsoft Excel and various accounting technology platforms.
- Superior written and verbal English communication skills, with a focus on clearly explaining financial information.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with SAGE Intacct, especially in system setup or configuration roles.
