What You'll Do
Oversee the complete accounting lifecycle for 8–12 client organizations, ensuring precision and consistency in financial reporting. Review deliverables from accounting team members and implement quality controls to maintain audit-ready records. Develop detailed financial models, cash flow projections, and performance dashboards that clearly communicate business health.
Collaborate directly with client leadership to interpret financial outcomes and guide decisions on growth, staffing, and profitability. Play a key role in onboarding new clients, setting up systems, and establishing efficient workflows. Continuously improve reporting standards and internal processes to support scalable, high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong grasp of financial statements, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Proven ability to engage confidently with clients and executives
- Demonstrated ownership mindset—focused on impact, not just tasks
- Interest in connecting financial data to strategic business choices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in public accounting, particularly audit
- CPA licensed or actively pursuing CPA
