About the Role

OnlyExperts is looking for a Contracts Specialist (Paralegal) with accounting experience to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth onboarding processes, maintaining high-quality contract management, and providing QuickBooks consulting to our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring proper data entry of legal documents like leases and loans.
  • Lead or participate in virtual meetings via Zoom with team members and clients to support onboarding.
  • Perform software-related tasks during onboarding, including configuring integrations and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client contracts, identifying discrepancies, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risk.
  • Draft and revise contracts to meet company standards and client needs.
  • Work closely with legal and sales teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives.
  • Assist clients in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting QuickBooks-related issues.
  • Provide guidance on effectively using QuickBooks with our company's software.
  • Address client queries and assist in resolving technical issues involving QuickBooks integration.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot client issues.
  • Proficiency in technology and the ability to resolve tech-related challenges independently.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex records and processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement solutions.
  • Ability to work remotely effectively and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Real estate industry experience—understanding of owning/managing real estate, or experience in banking or brokerage.
  • Accounting degree or background.
  • QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification.
  • Experience with tools like Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and HubSpot.
