Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with contract terms, organizational policies, procedures, and legal regulations for designated contract responsibilities
- Lead and manage proposal and award processes for assigned contracts, guiding internal teams across all phases of the contract lifecycle
- Independently assess complex contract actions throughout their lifecycle, creating and executing strategic plans to manage risks and leverage opportunities
- Collaborate with Business Development, Client Success, and Human Resources teams to resolve intricate contract administration and proposal-related challenges
- Act as the primary expert on contract matters, delivering authoritative advice and solutions for complex issues while ensuring adherence to all contractual obligations
- Manage end-to-end administration of Government contracts, including RFP evaluation, proposal drafting and review, terms development, internal coordination, negotiations, and execution oversight
- Maintain consistent communication with contracts and procurement personnel, functional colleagues, program managers, and internal and external stakeholders through written and verbal formats
- Enter and maintain accurate contract data in multiple systems, track updates, resolve document inconsistencies, and uphold data integrity
- Carry out additional duties related to the position as assigned by management
