Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for grant-related inquiries

  • Support audit preparation and financial reporting
  • Monitor post-award modifications and amendments
  • Interpret grant terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with research teams on project needs
  • Facilitate communication between departments and sponsors
  • Prepare no-cost extension and carryforward requests
  • Assist with closeout procedures for completed projects
  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies
  • Track funding performance and obligations
  • Support training for staff on grants management
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes
  • Use grants management systems for data entry and tracking
  • Generate status reports for leadership
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams as needed
  • Manage subcontractor agreements and documentation
  • Oversee grant-related correspondence
