Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is hiring a Contracts Analyst to draft and manage a variety of commercial contracts as part of the deal management process. Your primary responsibility is to ensure contracts are accurate, efficient, and in compliance with internal turnaround times and approval workflows.
What You'll Do
- Draft customer-facing documents including User Agreements, SOWs, Order Forms, amendments, and renewals in alignment with GHX playbook.
- Review and negotiate contract redlines in collaboration with Legal, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure terms align with company policies.
- Understand and apply go-to-market strategies and product offerings when advising sales on deal structure.
- Ensure contracts are processed accurately and efficiently, consistently meeting established turnaround time service level agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver operational support across upstream and downstream processes for seamless contract lifecycle management.
- Maintain quoting and contracting systems throughout the sales cycle to ensure data integrity.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the creation, refinement, and maintenance of internal documentation for Contract Operations processes.
- Assist with additional responsibilities and contribute to special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or a combination of education and related experience.
- 3 years of experience in contracts management or related experience including sales operations, project management, customer support, or financial analysis.
- Skilled at collaborating effectively across diverse business functions to drive results.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a keen ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Familiar with standard contract and legal document structures and processes.
- Strong critical thinking abilities, particularly in analyzing and interpreting complex contract language.
- Experienced in using software workflow applications, such as Salesforce.com (CRMs) and Icertis (CLMs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a solid understanding of advanced features.
Nice to Have
- Experience with pricing software such as Conga CPQ (Apttus).
- Background in software as a service strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of product and services pricing, accounting, and financial principles.
