About the Role

The Contracts Analyst will oversee contract creation, review, and tracking while ensuring adherence to legal and organizational standards. This role supports multiple departments by maintaining accurate records and improving contract processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation to closure
  • Review and draft contract terms in alignment with company policies
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
  • Maintain a centralized contract database for easy access and tracking
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contract needs
  • Identify risks in contract language and propose mitigation strategies
  • Track key milestones, renewals, and deliverables in active contracts
  • Generate reports on contract performance and status updates
  • Support audits by providing accurate and timely documentation
  • Standardize contract templates to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Facilitate approvals and signatures across departments
  • Monitor adherence to service-level agreements and contractual obligations
  • Provide insights to management on contract trends and potential improvements
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive contract information
  • Assist in training team members on contract procedures and tools

Nice to Have

  • Certified Commercial Contracts Professional (CCCP) credential
  • Experience in a technology or consulting services environment
  • Advanced proficiency in contract lifecycle management systems
  • Background working with international contracts
  • Understanding of data protection laws such as GDPR or CCPA
