What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries across multiple platforms, delivering timely and precise resolutions
- Guide customers through order placement and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a seamless experience
- Communicate proactively and empathetically to build lasting customer trust
- Collaborate asynchronously with a global team, adapting to evolving needs with mutual agreement
- Attend scheduled meetings within the designated collaboration window (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines without direct supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience handling customer support in a remote environment
- Comfort using digital collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Zoom, and Google Meet
