ServiceTitan is seeking a Contract Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the critical first stage of the recruiting process, sourcing exceptional technical talent and positioning them for job opportunities aligned with our business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Assist Recruiters with sourcing for unique, specialized, or hard-to-fill roles to meet short- and long-term business needs.
- Source potential candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, social media, and other creative channels.
- Identify and engage with passive candidates through proactive networking efforts.
- Partner with Recruiters to build and execute effective recruiting strategies.
- Provide qualified candidates by pre-screening, contacting prospects, and making outbound sourcing calls.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent sourced from multiple platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing, specifically for technical roles.
- A proven track record of success in securing top-quality hires at scale.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Experience ensuring data accuracy in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); we use Workday.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to apply creative approaches to business challenges.
