About the Role
The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering positions, working closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and close skilled candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical roles
- Partner with engineering leadership to understand team needs
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify top engineering talent
- Engage with potential candidates through multiple channels
- Conduct initial assessments of technical candidates
- Coordinate interviews with cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on hiring progress
- Advise hiring teams on market trends and talent availability
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and optimize outreach
- Build talent pipelines for critical engineering roles
- Represent the organization at industry events or meetups
- Provide feedback to improve recruitment workflows
- Stay current on technical roles and hiring requirements
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Negotiate offers with candidates when required
- Track key recruitment metrics and reporting
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations
