Here's what you will do: **Your tasks:** - Oversee and manage the entire contract lifecycle from drafting through execution to renewal or termination. - Provide expert guidance and support on contractual matters to all global subsidiaries. - Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business goals and risk management strategies. - Facilitate and negotiate contract terms with customers and suppliers. - Conduct regular contract reviews and updates to reflect changes in laws or business operations. - Support digital and remote management of contracts to ensure seamless global operations. - Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with stakeholders and support contract negotiations. **Your profile:** - Law degree from a recognized institution. - 6-10 years of experience in contract management or a related field. - Experience with a contract lifecycle management tool is highly desirable. - Excellent command of the English language; German language skills are a significant plus. - Strong understanding of international contract law and business practices. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, global environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to support and travel for business needs.
