We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join Oceans. In this role, you will be an integral force in streamlining operations and enhancing overall revenue performance. You will optimize sales processes, ensure seamless coordination between sales and other business functions, and drive data-driven decision-making for the company.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and improve sales processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in developing and enforcing sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless CRM adoption and usage, troubleshooting any issues.
- Ensure data integrity in CRM and other sales-related platforms by managing, updating, and cleansing records.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate and maintain reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance forecasting accuracy and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across revenue-driving functions.
- Support leadership in preparing key sales presentations, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Help manage sales enablement initiatives, including training materials, sales playbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources.
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
- At least 3 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
- An undergraduate degree is preferred.
- Certifications such as an MBA, CFA, CIM, CIPM, or CIMA will be considered as an added advantage.

You will work closely with sales leaders, account executives, revenue operations teams, marketing, finance, and customer success teams, reporting to an Operations Manager.
