CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our energy efficiency program processing. Your primary focus will be following established procedures and verifying project data with a high level of attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Follow detailed standard operating procedures consistently and accurately.
- Review and verify project data entries to ensure alignment with program requirements.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Adapt to evolving program guidelines and updates with flexibility and a positive attitude.
- Manage time effectively to meet processing deadlines and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and productive work environment.
- Approach repetitive tasks with focus and a commitment to accuracy.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Take ownership of your work while contributing to shared team goals.
- Offer constructive feedback or suggestions to improve processes when appropriate.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations-related roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data management.
